Personal Data Processing

  1. The website has a privacy policy that complies with GDPR and other applicable legislation.
  2. The controller of the User's personal data provided in the registration form and the entity processing this data is the Website Owner, VOLHA TSAPUK JDG ul. Strzelców 15B/4, 31-422 Kraków, registered in the CEIDG business register, VAT ID: 9452270493, hereinafter also referred to as the "Administrator." Administrator's contact details: E-mail: volhatsapuk@gmail.com.
  3. The legal basis for processing the User's data is the contract between the User and the Administrator, hereinafter referred to as the "Contract," concluded as a result of accepting the Terms and for the performance of which data processing is necessary.
  4. The User's personal data is processed for purposes related to the execution of the Contract, as well as to carry out necessary actions preceding the conclusion of the Contract, unless the Client additionally agrees to the processing of their data for other purposes.
  5. The Administrator undertakes to keep the User's personal data confidential and to apply technical measures to ensure their proper protection.
  6. The User's personal data may also be processed for the purpose of transferring it to contractors and external service providers (e.g., cashless payments) in the necessary scope.
  7. Providing personal data is not mandatory; however, failure to provide data will make it impossible to conclude and perform the Contract.
  8. All data will be stored and processed no longer than necessary, i.e., for one year from the moment of User interaction with the Portal.
  9. The Administrator may transfer personal data to third countries or international organizations. If the provision of the User's personal data is for the purpose of concluding the Contract with the Administrator, providing personal data by the User is a condition for concluding this Contract.
  10. Providing personal data by the User is voluntary.
  11. The User has the right to request access to their data (viewing), correction (modification), transfer, and deletion, as well as the right to restrict data processing.
  12. Data provided by the User is collected in minimal amounts necessary to provide the highest level of service to the User, as well as, with additional consent, to inform about promotions offered by the Portals, new services, etc. (e.g., sending information about promotions, new services, etc.), and is also used to improve the quality of services provided to Users.
  13. Information about Users is collected minimally. Users' IP addresses are used for statistical purposes. Contact information is also used to communicate with Users if necessary (e.g., to confirm or modify an order).
  14. The User can opt out of receiving emails from the Administrator, to which the Client has previously consented.
  15. The User can exercise their rights regarding personal data by submitting appropriate requests by mail: ul. Strzelców 15B/4, 31-422 Kraków, or by email: volhatsapuk@gmail.com.
  16. In matters not regulated by the privacy policy, the provisions of the Civil Code and relevant acts of Polish law, as well as European Union law, especially GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC), shall apply.
